BSPUTAH, LLC ("we," "us," "our") operates relatepda.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this site, how we use it, and what choices you have. We've tried to keep it readable. If something is unclear, reach out to us at info@relatepda.com.
Information you give us directly. When you fill out a contact form, join a mailing list, or purchase a product, you provide information like your name, email address, and (for purchases) payment details. We only ask for what we need to fulfill the request.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, we collect standard analytics data through Google Analytics. This includes things like which pages you visit, how long you stay, what device and browser you're using, and your general geographic area. Google Analytics uses cookies to gather this data. We don't see your name or identity through analytics; it's aggregate, anonymized usage information.
Payment information. Book purchases are processed through Amazon. Consultation bookings are processed through Calendly and its integrated payment processor. We do not store your credit card number or full payment details on our servers.
We use the information we collect to deliver products you've purchased, respond to inquiries submitted through the contact form, send updates if you've joined our mailing list (you can unsubscribe anytime), understand how people use the site so we can improve it, and communicate about training engagements or consultations you've requested.
We don't sell your information to anyone. We don't share it with third parties for their marketing purposes. The data stays with us and the service providers we need to run the site (Google Analytics, Amazon, Formspree, Calendly).
We use a handful of third-party tools to operate the site. Each has its own privacy practices.
Google Analytics collects anonymized usage data about site traffic. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Amazon handles book sales, printing, fulfillment, and payment processing for purchases. Their privacy policy governs how they handle your payment and shipping information.
Formspree processes contact form submissions and waitlist signups. The information you submit through forms is forwarded to our email.
Calendly handles scheduling for consultations and training calls. When you book a session, Calendly collects the information you provide during scheduling.
The site uses cookies primarily through Google Analytics. These are small files stored on your device that help us understand site usage. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may not work as expected if you do.
You can unsubscribe from our mailing list using the link in any email we send. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the browser add-on linked above. You can disable cookies in your browser. And you can contact us at info@relatepda.com to request that we delete any personal information we hold about you.
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we collect. The site is served over HTTPS. Payment processing is handled by Amazon and Calendly's secure infrastructure. That said, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
This site is designed for professionals and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through the site, please contact us and we'll remove it.
If we make significant changes to this policy, we'll update the effective date at the top and, where appropriate, notify subscribers by email. We encourage you to check back occasionally.
